The Adult Safe Hockey League released the remainder
of the 2008-09 today and the Prowlers will begin 2009
with a game this monday against Arnies Army at
Burnaby 8 Rinks.
Along with the remaining 12 games, comes 4 new teams into the division as the league completed their final division balancing act for the season. Gone are the Selects, Beaver, Russell Brewing and Exert. In are Army, Blackhawks, Japanada and KWL Crows.
Because standings are determined by the winning percentage against teams currently in your division, the Prowlers sit 5th with a .400 win %, but can easily shoot up the standings with a couple early wins in the new year.
The second half the Prowlers schedule looks favorable with not too many late games and no weekend tilts.
